Naum Knop Foundation - Argentina

"Preserving artistic legacy across international borders. Cavaleri Partnership conceptualized the museum and foundation master plan for sculptor Naum Knop in Argentina."

Cultural Master Planning & Sculptural Gallery Architecture

Celebrating the work of renowned Argentine sculptor Naum Knop, this international cultural project called for transforming the artist’s estate into a public gallery and museum foundation.

Cavaleri Partnership designed gallery spaces specifically proportioned to showcase heavy bronze and wood sculptures alongside natural light courtyards.

Design Elements

  • Sculpture Gallery Spatial Flow: Monolithic concrete and timber display zones optimized for three-dimensional art viewing.

  • Artist Studio Archive: Preservation of Knop’s original working studio as an educational resource.

  • International Cultural Exchange: Master-planned to host international art symposia and visiting scholars.
