Moreton Hall - Bury St Edmunds

We were approached by the Trustees to pursue a retirement living development that could support the school's finance and deliver expensive repairs to the Grade II* Listed Building under an enabling development strategy.

The proposals include improvements to the school and works to the rest of the site. We have assessed the site conditions, potential compatible uses, and demographics,  as well as conducted market research to identify partners to take the development forward.
