Residential Development - Cambridge

This development was won via competition and involved the design and development of luxury duplex apartments in the heart of Cambridge next to the bird reserve. Due to the scale of the building it was designed to reflect its surroundings, providing access via a lower floor with parking.

The development included an indoor pool and roof pool with an openable glazed roof.
