The full refurbishment of this traditional boarding house within the upper quad of the original Leys school land was delivered over consecutive summers to upgrade the boarders' facilities, reconfiguring the former layouts to integrate full-time boarders and day-boarding uses. Study and sports facilities were also upgraded and expanded.

 

The project was managed and designed by Cavaleri Partnership's team who delivered it on time and on budget.
