Hillside Architectural Strategy & Alpine Integration
Designing luxury residential developments on the steep terraced slopes of Lake Como demands complex structural engineering paired with site-sensitive architectural massing. Commissioned to evaluate site potential overlooking the lake, Cavaleri Partnership formulated an ambitious residential master plan proposal.
The proposed design demonstrates how multi-tiered residential villas can be carved harmoniously into natural rock formations, securing uninhibited panoramic water views while maintaining environmental preservation and private security.
